The design objective is to adorn the site with an international look that is clean-cut yet sophisticated, to reflect the company’s position of a successful real estate investment company in Asia. The website targets at banks, investment firms and potential investors, by showcasing key content, including company profile, portfolio and services. An investor-only section is created to allow these users to log in and read reports, making the site informative, valuable and sticky. A grey background is applied to soften the impact from the text on screen, making it easy on the eyes. The site is presented in English and Simplified Chinese.
